    • Our customer care is available from 9 am to 7 pm EST Monday to Friday , and from 10 am to 5 pm EST on Saturdays, except public holidays.

      Customer service will be closed on december 25th, 31th and january 1rst. 


    • 1. Choose the section (woman, man, kids...).

      2. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, and price.

      3. Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

      4. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process but if you wish to process the order, log in. Create an account or identify yourself with your email and password if you already have one.

      5. Complete and verify your account, billing address, shipping address.

      6. Select a payment method: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.

      7. Confirm the order.

      8. You will receive an email confirming your order, if you haven’t got it please check your spam.

      Why might my credit card be refused?

      Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:
      - The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
      - You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
      - You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
      - You control a country or a map of a non-authorized.


      Can I order Tax-free?

      Yes, except for the following Nexus States  : CA, CO, DC, FL, IL, MA, NJ, NY, VA.


      Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

      Yes, the data are transmitted in encrypted form. The system will contact the bank corresponding to the card so as to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. Following confirmation of the bank, the debit is made. Otherwise, the order will be canceled. On the site, Zadig et Voltaire collection of personal data. These data are necessary for processing the order and may be provided wholly or partly providers Zadig & Voltaire involved in the execution of the order.         • To return a product, your product must remain in its original condition and package (unworn, unwashed, all tags attached). Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
        • You can return your item(s) within 30 working days, starting from the day you receive your goods.
        • You can return your product free of charge with UPS or UPS Access Point ( Except during Warehouse Sales). You can use another carrier at your own expenses.
        • Returns are complimentary limited to one per order, additional returns will be at your own expense. As a reminder, Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
        • 1. Go to the « My Profile » section of the website, go to « My orders » then click on « Return a product » in the appropriate order line.
          2. Please click on the return box for the item(s) you wish to return. Then for each item specify the quantity and reason for return.
          3. Please choose between Refund, Store Credit and then click on the validate button.
          4. Click on the link to print the return request and place it inside the package with the item(s) you wish to return.
          5. Remove the prepaid UPS label from the original packing slip you received, and adhere to the outside of the package.
          6. Drop-off your package to the UPS drop-off point of your choice (find the closest location on UPS.com).

        • For orders placed in guest mode, you can make your return request via my orders.
        • In the case you notice any irregularity or damage on a product you received, please kindly contact our customer service by e-mail at customercare@zadigetvoltaire.com or by phone at 1 844 246 2486, Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and from 10am to 5pm on Saturdays.
        • My Creation product can’t be returned, exchanged or refunded. Nevertheless we will reimburse or exchange personalized products that do not correspond to your order (non conform or defective).
        • Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
        • In order to exchange a product, the product must remain in its original condition and package (unworn, unwashed, all tags attached). Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
        • Order items placed in guest mode can not be exchanged, only refunds are accepted.
        • Exchange can be made within 15 days from date of reception.
